Peak Potential offers:

• 1-to-1 tutoring(online and in-person)
• Online coursesand digital learning resources
• Academic PE workshops
• Wellbeing and life coaching guidance for teenagers

All services are provided with professionalism, confidentiality, and in accordance with safeguarding standards.

3. Eligibility

Our services are primarily designed for students in secondary education and their parents or guardians.

• Students under 16 years oldmust have parental or guardian consent to register or participate.
• By using our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the services offered.

4. Booking and Payments

• All tutoring sessions, courses, and workshops must be booked and paid for in advancethrough our secure payment system (e.g. Stripe & PayPal).
• Course prices are clearly stated on the website and may be updated periodically.
• Invoices or payment confirmations will be issued via email.
• We do not store payment card information.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Tutoring Sessions:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ noticeis required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Workshops and Courses:

• Refunds are available up to 5 days beforethe scheduled start date.
• After this point, refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion.

Digital Resources:

• Due to their accessible nature, digital materials (such as PDFs or online course access) are non-refundableonce purchased.

6. User Accounts

For online courses or resource access:

• You must create a secure account and keep login details confidential.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse or unauthorised access is detected.

7. Code of Conduct

We maintain a supportive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
All students and users are expected to:

• Communicate respectfully with tutors and other learners.
• Refrain from sharing, copying, or distributing materials.
• Use all resources for educational purposes only.

• Results cannot be guaranteed, as individual progress varies.
• We are not responsible for technical issues, third-party system failures, or user error when accessing online content, but in the case of technical issues do get in contact.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Peak Potentialshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.
